Assistant functions
Lateral sway control: Our system provides classic, open loop input shaping (?) based sway control and our proprietary active sway suppression. Active sway suppression dampens sway that is induced external factors such as attaching the load to the hook, or even a wind gust. Our sway control dramatically reduces cycle time.
Rotation sway control: Any rotation that is not controlled by the operator is compensated by AutoCrane‘s rotation suppression. That system detects if the grapple or hook and their load rotate beyond the set position. It then applies regulating counter-rotation intelligentlly to keep the grapple or hook in the set position.
Way points: The system drives the crane to any defined way point at the touch of a button. As the system suppresses sway, the grapple or hook arrives at destination sway-free.
Collision avoidance: If the system detects an impending collision between the grapple or hook and any object in the crane's working area, it creates an alert on the HMI and stops the crane. When used with partial or full autonomy, the system will circumvent the obstacle.

Our advanced Sway Control system enhances crane safety and efficiency by actively minimizing both linear and rotation sway of the grapple or hook, with and without load.
Enhanced safety through real-time monitoring
Our system recognizes people via AI while they are in the crane's operating area. It alerts the crane operator and, if desired, smoothly halts the system to prevent dangerous situations.
Complete data replay of crane operations
Our Time Machine module records and stores all available sensor data from the crane in realt time, creating a comprehensive log of everyday operation.
Intuitive position recall for crane operators
Our Shortcuts Solution simplifies repetitive crane operations by allowing operators to store and recall precise grapple positions at the touch of a button.
Active load stabilization for smooth crane operation
Our closed loop antisway system removes load way induced by acceleration / deceleration and sway that's caused by external factors such as wind or when the hook or grapple is being loaded or unloaded.
Safely Navigating in 3D
CraneLink's Augmented Reality features clearly show the grapple or hook's position in 3D space. This is a great help for the operator as they drive the load to its destination, and increases safety and speed.
Optimization of crane movement
Our Path Planning system intelligently calculates the optimal movement path for the crane, fully tailored to the operator's priorities and working conditions.
