Our AI-powered path planning system intelligently calculates the optimal path for the crane from start to finish. This path planning is determined to meet the crane operator’s priorities and the specific work environment.

Crane operators can optimize crane movements with emphasis on:


  • Speed: Minimizing travel time to achieve the fastest possible load cycles.
  • Energy efficiency: Reducing energy consumption by selecting motion patterns that require less power.
  • Wear Reduction: Selecting paths that minimize mechanical stress on the crane. This extends the service life of crane components and reduces maintenance requirements.

If the system detects an impending collision between the grapple or hook and any object in the crane's working area, it creates an alert on the HMI and stops the crane. When used with partial or full autonomy, the system will circumvent the obstacle.
